I love folklore and the ways we (humanity) remembers the past and explains the natural word with works of fiction and folk science. Every generation watches the lore of their grandparents fade and for hundreds of years people have tried to keep those memories from fading. Each generation knowing that it could be the last to remember a story or repeat a saying and hoping the memory will continue. This is my portion of the folk memory of the Black Country.
